The Administration Office is the vital link between the Faculty's leadership, departments, and students. We are a dedicated support and coordination center, ensuring all Faculty activities run smoothly and efficiently. Playing a crucial role in the Faculty's development, we are involved in various key areas:

Core Areas of Activity:

• Education: We develop and implement comprehensive teaching plans, supporting students throughout their academic journey, from course registration and study plan adjustments to organizing exams, graduation assessments, and degree conferral.
• Research & International Cooperation: We actively monitor, support, and promote research activities and international collaborations within the Faculty and its departments. We participate in project management, facilitate guest lecturer invitations, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Organization & Personnel: We ensure smooth personnel operations, from recruitment, evaluation, rewards, and disciplinary actions to implementing policies for staff and faculty members.
• Student Affairs: We care for students' well-being, collaborating with the Student Affairs Office to address student-related issues, organize extracurricular activities, provide financial aid support, and assess student conduct.
• Financial & Asset Management: We effectively manage the Faculty's budget and assets, handling payment procedures, financial settlements, asset inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
• Quality Assurance: We conduct quality assessments to ensure educational programs meet standards, while advising and supporting Faculty leadership in quality assurance efforts.
• Records & Information: We manage official documents and correspondence, coordinate communication, and organize important Faculty events.
• Information Technology: We manage and develop the website and network systems, assisting staff and students in applying information technology to their work and studies.
• Library Management: We oversee library operations, providing resources and supporting learning and research materials for students.
